Private and city owned lateral pipes are proven to be the next "weak link" in the wastewater collection system.
Our lateral lining is a sewer lateral rehabilitation system is developed for relining small diameter pipes in diameter range from 3" to 6".
Any pipe material can be relined.
The system uses PVC-coated fiberglass reinforced polyester needled felt tube filled with liquid resin. The impregnated liner tube is inverted using the
proven air inversion method. This system is a true inversion technique using compressed air. The resin impregnated liner tube is inverted (turned inside out) and pressed tightly against the host pipe until cured. The end result is a PVC continuous liner with no joints and seamless from end to end.
Advantages of Perma-Liner Lining System:
Reduces the potential for damages to other underground utilities associated with dig and replace methods.
Repairs damaged lateral service pipelines and restores structural capacity without extensive excavation or replacement.
Eliminates street excavation, paving and concrete repair costs, and traffic control.
The lateral lining system can:
Restore cracked pipe
Eliminate root intrusion
Close holes in pipe walls
Seal open joints
Bridge missing pipe
Prevent ex-filtration
Re-lines 22's, 45's & sweeping 90's
