Lateral Lining

Private and city owned lateral pipes are proven to be the next "weak link" in the wastewater collection system.

Our lateral lining is a sewer lateral rehabilitation system is developed for relining small diameter pipes in diameter range from 3" to 6". Any pipe material can be relined.

The system uses PVC-coated fiberglass reinforced polyester needled felt tube filled with liquid resin. The impregnated liner tube is inverted using the proven air inversion method. This system is a true inversion technique using compressed air. The resin impregnated liner tube is inverted (turned inside out) and pressed tightly against the host pipe until cured. The end result is a PVC continuous liner with no joints and seamless from end to end.

Advantages of Perma-Liner™ Lining System:
  • Reduces the potential for damages to other underground utilities associated with dig and replace methods.
  • Repairs damaged lateral service pipelines and restores structural capacity without extensive excavation or replacement.
  • Eliminates street excavation, paving and concrete repair costs, and traffic control.
The lateral lining system can:
  • Restore cracked pipe
  • Eliminate root intrusion
  • Close holes in pipe walls
  • Seal open joints
  • Bridge missing pipe
  • Prevent ex-filtration
  • Re-lines 22's, 45's & sweeping 90's
